Supreme Court Justice Stephen
Supreme Court Justice Stephen Kaye adjourned the hearing to 7 March and made orders adding Google’s international company to the court action. Real estate is an industry that is highly influenced by the economy.

During periods of slower economic activity or higher interest rates, sales decrease and opportunities and earnings for brokers decline. Ambitious, well-trained individuals with strong sales abilities should still find opportunity. Average salaries for real estate brokers in 2006 were $60,790 annually, according to bls.gov.

Earnings can vary widely as they are usually based on commissions, which differ according to the terms agreed upon by the agent and broker, the type of property and the property’s value. More experienced sellers can command higher commissions. While many brokers do quite well in the occupation, some may choose to become appraisers, property managers or enter into mortgage financing or real estate investment counseling.

Real Estate Brokers are independent businesspeople who, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics at www.bls.gov, handle real estate transactions on the behalf of others’, such as selling, renting or property management.
